Full Moon Cacao Circle & Sound Bath

The Mayans have used cacao in many ways that are simply incredible. Join us this full moon and experience some of those traditional ways. Although we fully accept that we are not indigenous, we promise to bring this sacred circle to you with humility and respect for the Mayan cosmovision.

Beforehand in a sacred setting, all utensils and instruments used in the preparation will be smudged and blessed before skining each organic Criollo cocoa bean and infusing them with loving and positive intentions for you all.

Then in our cosy gathering, we'll sip the chocolate and bask in the warm embrace of Mama Cacao as she helps bring softness and strength into our lives.

Following on from a beautiful meditation Olga will treat us to a beautiful soft and almost angelic like sound bath which will help to bring our bodies into balance and harmony whilst raising our vibration.

Feeling more positive and uplifted we will dance and celebrate all that we are.....the bitter and sweet within.....just like cacao 💚
